Follow these steps:
Download and install：
Open terminal, with the shortcut key Ctrl+Alt+T, or from the start menu => Accessories => Terminal, then type
sudo apt update
and enter.
Then after update is complete, type
sudo apt install teamviewer
and enter.
Now restart or open teamviewer and you will have latest working version.
