Start from the blade front cover
Remove the front flange the balce and the back flange, use tubber hammer from behind if back flange is stuck, mind the key on the shaft.
Once the back flange is out, you will be able to access the screws to remove the back side of the blade cover.
Move to the back side of the motor and take these two screws off, and the back cover off.
There is a snap ring before the fan to be removed.
Use snap ring pliers
Once snap ring is out, neep take out fan, it's pretty stuck on there, and you need to put some gasket maker when you put it back, to prevent seal leaks to penetrate to the motor easily.
The motor should look like this without the fan
Place a support under the motor
Open the front feet screws, and the long bolts that close up the motor.
Use a rubber or wood mallet to push out the shaft towards the front.
You'll be left with these parts, the back bearing is free to come out
Front bearing will be locked in place with this plate and screws to be removed.
