¶ Find RAM
Open the Controller or computer case to expose the Motherboard and it's components, the RAM stick is located on the side of the fan
¶ Take out the RAM
on the ends of the RAM you will find knobs, if you press on them the RAM will pop out.
¶ Clean RAM
Use a clean rag with acetone or alcohol and a clean the golden contacts on the ram
¶ Insert RAM
The ram has a notch that is off centered it can only go in one way, push it in the RAM slot in the motherboard after cleaning
¶ Purchase new RAM
Repeat cleaning a couple of times, if problem persist purchase a new RAM, the common RAM used on CNC controllers are 4GB DDR3 1600mhz, take the old RAM to a computer shop if unsure.
