First remove head cover
then remove screws holing the end of the Z cable chain
Get the Z axis low, and sit the motor on the table or on some support wood blocks, the lower the better.
You MUST support the bottom part of the head, because in the next step it will drop
Remove all of these screws, access from the bottom, be careful not to change the position of the head, and not to rotate any plate, make some markings to help put everything back in same place
Lift up SLOWLY Z axis as far as it goes, be careful of the cable tension, feed the cables trough as you move the Z.
Tighten up these screws
Close everything back up, make sure the black plate stays in the same position
